Yes, there is ample parking on site, directly out the front of and surrounding Jetts Gym, Ballina. Disabled parking is also available here.

How far does the Mobile Physiotherapy Service reach?

B K PHYSIO Mobile Service can come to you in person anywhere across the Northern Rivers and Tweed Valley regions of NSW.

I need to reschedule my appointment, what do I do?

Rescheduling is possible up to 24hrs prior to your appointment and can be self-managed via the link in your Cliniko original confirmation email. Alternatively you can email us at connnect@bkphysio.com.au or call the team on 0493 558 945 for assistance.

I need to cancel my appointment, what do I do?

You can cancel your appointment without charge with up to 24hrs notice. This can be self-managed via the link in your Cliniko original confirmation email. Alternatively you can email us at connnect@bkphysio.com.au or call the team on 0493 558 945 for assistance. Appointment cancellations within 24hrs will incur the full consultation fee. This relates to all clients irrespective of their method of funding. In the case of compensable (i.e. Worker’s Compensation, Transport Accidents, etc), cancellations must be paid separately by yourself.
